Disputes can arise in everyday life and in any business, but how you handle them can make all the difference. NS Law provides effective dispute resolution services.

All disputes start with an initial contact or response. Where you go from there depends on your situation and what you want to achieve.

Focusing on negotiation and mediation  can often help to resolve issues amicably and perhaps more importantly cheaply.

Litigation is expensive and can costs can swiftly mount up so consideration should be given to alternative dispute resolution if possible.

 If that fails then we have extensive litigation experience. Whilst we cannot conduct litigation on your behalf we can enter into correspondence, discuss matters with the other party at all stages of litigation and draft court documents.In other words we can do everything except file documents with the court (we draft them, you email them - it's as simple as that) or attend hearings. Given most hearings are attended by barristers and we can arrange attendance this makes us no different to most solicitors in this regard. 

We can quote on a fixed fee basis, hourly rate (approx 35% of the charging rate our partners apply when working for solicitor's firm) or in the case of financial recovery on a percentage.
